In her new role, Heatherington will be responsible for the direct supervision of all accounting and financial functions for KOVA Partners, and will assist in the creation and implementation of policies and procedures for accounting issues management and efficient and accurate closing and reporting processes.

Heatherington earned a Bachelor of Science degree in hospitality management from Ohio State University. She has 20 years of experience in the hospitality industry, of which she served 11 years in accounting and 15 years in management. Prior to joining the team at KOVA Partners, Heatherington served as club controller for Vineyards Country Club in Naples, where she was responsible for the management of multiple departments, along with accounting and human resources.

Before joining KOVA Property Management, Davis studied hospitality at the University of Madrid and gained experience as an asset manager for IMC Equity Group out of Miami, Florida. He continues to lead his own consulting company, Davis Consulting Associates, Inc. and is a licensed insurance agent. Davis holds both Florida Real Estate Salesperson and Florida Community Association Manager (CAM) licenses and participates in continuing education courses to fulfill post-licensing education requirements.
