Stevens Construction Inc. completes Florida Hospital renovation

Stevens Construction Inc. has completed the interior renovation at the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
 
Located at 6748 Gall Blvd., the project consisted of the interior demolition and reconstruction of a 10,200-square-foot medical office building.  The facility houses the new office of the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills Orthopaedic & Spine Institute, equipped with exam rooms, two X-Ray rooms, casting room and administrative offices.
 
Christopher Cooke of Stevens Construction was the project manager and Mike Bussiere was the superintendent. Lyn Pollock of Burt Hill/Pollock Kreig Architects, Inc. provided the design.
 
Stevens Construction has completed more than ten projects for facilities within the Florida Hospital system, including a 36-bed, 50,000-square-foot expansion and the renovation of a free-standing medical office, both located on the Florida Hospital Heartland Division campus.
