Stevens Construction Inc. completes Surgery Center of Mount Dora
Stevens Construction Inc. has completed the construction of the Surgery Center of Mount Dora, announced Mark Stevens, company president.
Located at 3710 Lake Center Drive, the 11,052-square-foot facility features three operating rooms, a minor procedure room, pre-operation beds, post-operation beds and associate support service areas.
“We are delighted with our experience with Stevens Construction and the Surgery Center; the facility is gorgeous and all of the patients have been so pleased,” said Joyce Deno, chief operating officer, eastern region, Regent Surgical Health.
The Surgery Center of Mount Dora was licensed and approved by the Agency for Healthcare Administration (AHCA), which ensures regulatory compliance for healthcare facilities throughout Florida.
The Stevens Construction team included project manager Christopher Cooke and superintendent Mike Garland. The architect was David Jass of Jass & Associates.
