New York’s celebrity caterer to lead Mad Cuisine, formerly Mad Take Out

Swanky Lifestyle Company is providing Southwest Florida residents and businesses with celebrity treatment by importing the talents of one of New York’s top caterers, Andrea Correale to lead Mad Cuisine. Asmanaging partner of Mad Cuisine (formerly Mad Take Out), Correale will apply her experience cooking for celebrities such as the Trumps, Brooke Shields, Gweneth Paltrow and Hillary Clinton to creating gourmet prepared foods-to-go and upscale event catering for Mad Cuisine’s Southwest Florida clientele.

She has served many celebrities known for their sophisticated palates and discerning taste, and her work has been featured extensively in high profile national media such as VH1’s The Fabulous Life, Martha Stuart Living Radio and Real Housewives of New York City.

Under Andrea’s creative direction, the evolution of Mad Take Out to Mad Cuisine will involve a significant expansion of its current offering of take-out foods. Mad Cuisine will focus on high-end catering with full-service event planning, custom menus and prepared gourmet-to-go entrees for parties of every size and scale whether in the home, office or an outside venue. Mad Cuisine’s business catering includes an innovative healthy menu as a new option for the corporate crowd. For example, the catered salad bar buffet allows guests to select from a variety of greens, dairy, protein, toppings and dressings in the convenience of their office.
