Stevens Construction Inc. donates construction services for Florida Hospital child care center
Stevens Construction Inc. is donating construction management services for the Florida Hospital Zephyrhills’ child care center renovation. The child care center is located at 7340 Dairy Road in Zephyrhills and will provide care for children of hospital employees.
Stevens Construction is among 20 businesses contributing services and materials valued at $380,000 for the nonprofit project. Stevens Construction is providing onsite supervision and project management. The construction team is performing a complete interior renovation including the addition of structural beams, columns, electrical system, plumbing, HVAC, flooring, painting and drywall.
The daycare will be unveiled to the Zephyrhills community following two weeks of construction. The new center will provide child care for up to 65 children.
Mike Bussiere is serving as project superintendent, and Christopher Cooke is the project manager.
